New Account Management and Support Software Online

We are pleased to announce the completion and live implementation of the new Account Management and Support software. This new release will correct all the past issue clients had with our old system. The new system is much more robust and has a more powerful client-side management feature set. It has also been integrated with our support system for seamless use from one login.

Usernames and passwords will remain the same. All the new login locations have been updated on the WebhostGIANT website.

WebhostGIANT Drops All Setup Fees

Today WebhostGIANT has decided to drop all Setup Fees on all our hosting plans. Since setup is basically automated we felt there was no need to charge these rates anymore. While many host still charge Setup Fees to get some extra cash out of customers, we felt it was time to save our customers even more money. And as usual, we still do not have ANY Hidden Fees. Many host offer low teaser rates on their website and only when you go to check out online do you notice the rates were for a few years of service. Should you decide to only host monthly, they have much higher rates and hidden setup cost. We believe this to be simply dishonest. All the prices you see on our website will be what you see when you go to pay.

WebhostGIANT has released multiple site hosting to accommodate those personal users or webmasters with more then one site needing a convenient location to host and manage those sites. Starting at $9.95 per month, you can host multiple, full featured websites for the price most places charge to host a single site. All sites hosted under our multiple site plans are totally separate websites with isolated directories, users, and space. We do not use redirections to host the multiple sites like many of our competitors do.
